Shipping is Australia wide. Email us for International shipping

All items are shipped via Australia Post from Geelong, Victoria , Australia and a tracking number will be emailed to you when goods despatched. Special care is taken to make sure your goods are protected in transit. 

We do not presently accept returns, issue refunds or exchange goods. Please choose carefully as these are handmade/custom pieces. If, however, your purchase is not what you expected, please contact us ASAP and we will be happy to work something out with you.

Please note that all our items are crafted by hand, so naturally each one may vary slightly to the next. Each are unique! If you have any questions before purchase, feel free to ask, so we can make sure you are getting the piece that you want.
